Jerold I. Schneider is an experienced intellectual property attorney, litigator and frequent lecturer who serves as a mediator, arbitrator, special master, and expert witness in all aspects of intellectual property litigation.  He has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Intellectual Property Law since 2007, he is a past chair of the Florida Bar Intellectual Property Law Certification Committee, and has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator since 2014.
